from physical fitness and coordination to self-discipline and confidence. We have classes 6 days a week so there's something sure to fit your schedule!
Self
Defense
Offered as a part of our regular Karate
program, we run monthly reality-based self-defense classes for both children
and adults to learn how to stay safe
in all situations.
Kenjutsu
Program
Our classical Japanese swordsmanship program focuses on the ancient art of
Yagyū Shinkage-ryū, the "life-giving sword",
with extra training in Katori Shintō-ryū
and Ona-ha Ittō-ryū.
